Which you are probably right, so does a strip of useless grass. I could instead have rocks with a bunch of plant cover.

I've decided that it is time to go ahead and remove the grass from my parking strip. The grass there is pretty rough, so I have to do something. South Jordan has some pretty decent incentives for it. Free drip line conversion, free weed barrier, and free rocks. You also get $300 rebate on the plants.

Are you beholden to HOA approved options or do you have some latitude?

I am in Daybreak, I have to get it approved. They have several pre approved plans and a pretty wide range of plants.

I'm starting out with the main floor only. It's about 1800 sf. Downstairs is only have finished at 900 sf. That'll be later this summer or fall. That is much more manageable and we'll probably do it ourselves. My wife wants to do wallpaper.

He hasn't painted for me, but I have been in a networking group with him for over a year and had nothing but rave reviews from those who have used him.
