Worries. We have cut in half the number of quorum meetings. We have now reduced the number of adults leading them. I’m concerned that bishoprics will struggle to delegate to EQ/RS, and this will put additional strain on them. In my ward specifically, the bishopric members aren’t great with youth.

That will need to change over time. We will need to rethink what makes someone a good candidate for bishop and counselors. I was called as Scout Master a week before it was announced that the Church was leaving scouts. On Wednesday, I was called as Young Men’s President. I don’t think the Lord wants me working with youth.
