That's not really the point. I don't care if someone wants to come and twist the knife as long as they are straight up and consistent. But LAU comes in with the indirect attack and mocks BYU coaches in the Apostle thread, thereby indirectly mocking the church, all while pretending to be Mr. Nice Guy/Ortho-Mo. The timing is just icing on the cake. It's unbelievable.

I didn't even know what was happening with the game when I posted that. The joke was about the way many BYU fans see their head coaches as quasi-GAs. I'm amazed it made anyone mad. I've never come here to a BYU game thread and gloated and I didn't start today. So please calm down.

We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. And yet for some, “spectator discipleship” is a preferred if not primary way of worshipping." -Pres. Uchtdorf

Closing your eyes and bowing your head for a TV prayer is weird.

Yeah, that's the part thing that makes Mormons weird.

What's even weirder is having to keep your garments on during sexual relations. I hate that.

I rest my case. Your "quasi-GA" comment illustrates my point perfectly. YO was right: you are probably the least self-aware person here.

This has gone on long enough, in this thread and others. Yesterday turned out to be the wrong day for me to make a joke related to BYU sports. I'm sorry I upset some of you so much; that wasn't my intention. It was a joke. I recognize that many of you won't believe this. Anyway, I now see that every day is the wrong day for jokes like that one. Going forward, if do post here, it won't be about BYU or anything touching on the rivalry. Maybe I'll post about movies and books, and now and then in the Foyer.

Getting back to the thread's topic, has anyone suggested Georg Klebingat?

which session are they going to announce this in? Is it the Saturday Morning, or the Saturday Afternoon session?

Usually Saturday morning, but don't be surprised if it's Sunday this time.

They should do one each session to increase viewership.
                              Not that, sickos.

They could have a group of 8 GAs. Each session President Monson would hand out 7,6,5,4 and finally 3 BOMs there by eliminating one GA each session. After conference there would be a tell all show hosted by Carole Mikita.
