I laugh every time I think of JD predicting an imminent Richard G. Scott apostasy.

BKP's grandson, KBP, is an MP in Ukraine right now. Look for him in a few years.

          So weird.
          Give 'em Hell, Cougars!!!

For all this His anger is not turned away, but His hand is stretched out still.

Not long ago an obituary appeared in the Salt Lake Tribune that said the recently departed had "died doing what he enjoyed most—watching BYU lose."

No doubt. He was called as MP when he was 38, and he's been a bishop. Not a stake pres., but certainly the Monson treatment bodes well for him.

My uninspired guess is Kim B. Clark and someone from outside the U.S. Probably from Latin America.

My Father-in-Law thinks Rasband and Clayton.

PS: I am not on the Apostle track.

Don't forget, he posted the breaking news that it was both happening and not true all within a few hours...he definitely has his finger on the pulse of the church, no doubt about it.

Well, because he thought it was good sport. Because some men aren't looking for anything logical, like money. They can't be bought, bullied, reasoned, or negotiated with. Some men just want to watch the world burn.

I think there is one thing upon which we can all agree: whomever it is that becomes the next apostle, this is going to have a huge impact on all of us, our daily lives, and pretty much everything we do!

Im guessing that the church's lawyers based in New York City were simply better negotiators than Richard g Scott's lawyers that flew to New York City. It probably became evident quickly that elder Scott would be breaking too many laws if he were to stop going to church so he decided to stay active and continue being an apostle.

I know a former goth that's now a bishop. It's funny to think that are probably at least a few of those out there.

I wish your SP were still goth. Maybe that way he could be featured in the "I'm a Mormon" campaign. The druggie thing would probably be harder to pull off as a SP though.
