What happened to the guy? He is a hotshot Duke Law School grad in NY having twins and naming his kid Parley. Next thing he returns to Utah, runs for the State Legislature as a Democrat in Utah County and gets predictably annihilated. He then gets divorced, leaves the Church and runs witty blogs about the opulence of the City Creek Mall. The next step is taking ambulance chasing to the next level with this ADA crap. Adam has a sister with down syndrome. I'm surprised he isn't (my summation) double dipping on businesses that settled out of court, using his handicapped sister as a plaintiff number two.

A lawyer goes around to a ton of different businesses in Utah and SL counties with his mom, who apparently isn't even disabled according to the ADA if one can believe the pleadings in that court case, and then proceeds to file dozens of ADA nuisance claims against these businesses.
