I was expecting you to say that you would be fine with it, since there would obviously be no sex involved.

I wouldn't mind because the marriages would not be sexual, but rather simply to help provide for and protect the women, all of whom outnumber the men.

I find it ironic that you see a big difference. Polygamy and polyandry are both quite bizarre and both were practiced. Why would you be OK with one and not the other?
