Yes - If you are engaged in the magazine paper business in general and that magazine can use your product then I have no problem with it. If you are a making a for-porn-specific type of paper or something like that then you should probably not be in the business.

Possibly - If you are just selling regular old boards or regular old water supplies to the CIA then no problem. If you are selling board or water systems that are designed for a specific purpose like waterboarding then it doesn't really matter who the customer is, you probably shouldn't be engaged in the manufacturing of said specially designed boards and water systems.

My grandfather was a tobacco farmer for most of his life. He only transitioned away from it because there was more money in turkey farming, which he did for the last ten years of his career. If Steve Young and other Mormons can play professional sports on Sunday for a living then there's no reason why Mormon farmers can't grow crops that are used for things that are against the WoW. It's all honest work.

If they can grow crops for things that are against the WOW, then there should be no reason for them to not grow something to make beer, which was not originally against the WOW.
