We have a tiny closet, so I put my stuff in the extra bedroom downstairs.
Will donate kidney for B12 membership.

I don't get the physics of this, and I'm pretty sure I don't want to.

      • Christ is the only man to ever know what child birth feels like.

We cannot expect to experience the blessing of faith by standing inactive on the sidelines any more than we can experience the benefits of health by sitting on a sofa watching sporting events on television and giving advice to the athletes. Taking away the weirdness that is sexual reassignment, I would answer this is true. More importantly, he is the only one to know what your childbirth/heart attack/headache/heartache/depression, et.al truly feels like. At least that is my understanding (belief) in the infinite atonement.

          • why is it important that Christ know what it feels like to give birth to a baby?

also, from a doctrinal standpoint, why wouldn't Heavenly Father also know what it feels like to have a baby? Why is Jesus the "only one?"

If being Jesus requires feeling the discomfort I assume my wife felt when she squeezed out our 12 lb 7 oz son, I don't wanna walk in those steps. From where I stood it looked really uncomfortable!

Don't forget the Holy Ghost. They are three separate beings, darn it.

                • I would assume anything Christ has felt/knows, Heavenly Father has also experienced. I'm not sure about the HG

Why is it necessary is dependent if Alma 7:11-13 is literal or figurative. Did Christ have to literally feel our pains, sickness, and temptations "in the flesh", so he could succor us, or is being omniscient enough?

We are going to become gods. When do I get to give birth to a baby?

I wonder if Jesus had a c-section or just a natural birth? Did he get an epidural?

First you need to learn how to fast correctly.

What kind of questions are these? Of course he didn't have an epidural.

Jesus has cheated on his fast before, apparently. he also skipped Church and went to Costco looking for pumpkin rolls.

A hypothetical question for the Christlike: When shopping On Sunday, how many people do you see in church attire? My mom use to stop at the store on our way home from church almost every week, unless we were going out for dinner that night, of course.

I've been shopping a time or two on Sunday - typically picking up a prescription for a sick spouse or child.

I love it when I run into fellow ward members, who like to say "caught ya!" when they seem me.
