Do you think Elon is trying to do a one-cheek maneuver to be discreet or to make a bang? I use the move when I want to make a bang but some people think it's somehow more discreet. Too risky to use when you want to be discreet in my opinion. But if Elon is going for it, the one-cheek move is definitely a way to get the attention of the room.
