You know, I think it is important to realize that there are many good ways to cook an egg.

    Over-easy - delicious.

Over-medium - delicious but serves a different purpose. I think over medium works slight better on something like a sandwich or burger. Maybe more accurately somewhere between over-easy and over-medium

Depending on what I'm eating, I will sometimes pierce the yolk, flip, and finish a few seconds on the other side.

Half-scramble - delicious. For this, I use butter in a pan and let it get really hot before cracking the egg in. Only scramble it up a bit. Make sure to not over cook.

Scrambled - delicious. Mix it with salt, pepper, and cream. Butter in the pan and keep the moving while cooking. Don't over cook.

Hard boiled - delicious. Try steaming them in a bamboo steamer, they end up being easier to peal.

    Deviled eggs - delicious.

Eggs are pretty much the perfect food.

How could I forget about my favorite egg dish? Steak and eggs on Sunday mornings. That's pretty much the meal that helped us win WW2.

I have always wanted a shirt that said "America: Undefeated in World Wars" but now I wonder if I should also add, "and our eggs are awesome, too!"

Scrambled or Omelets only. Runny yolk is disgusting.

I learned to make these in Jr. High. Our teacher called them eggs in a nest. My youngest daughter still likes me to make them for her.
