I wish I could eat breakfast on a regular basis. I'm all for waffles, omelets, and other great breakfasts when I'm on vacation or maybe on a weekend, but I almost never eat breakfast on a work day, and I know I should. What do you people eat for breakfast on a regular basis?

The one thing I do like to do every couple weeks is stop by Rich's Bagels on my way to the office. I always get the same thing. An asiago cheese and a cinnamon sugar bagel, toasted with plain cream cheese.

Watered down oatmeal from Alonti Cafe with raisins and a teaspoon of brown sugar. Cowboy wins.

Crazy. Those are my two favorite bagels (but I've never been to Rich's).

Greek yogurt and a banana is a typical breakfast for me.

This is where I would eat breakfast every day if I could. We go here for brunch on the weekends sometimes...

The winter breakfast menu looks delish. I will need to go soon.

I've never been a steak and eggs fan. Protein on Protein doesn't work for me. Eggs are best with mashed potatoes that have been fried with onions into a hashbrown-type cake. Steak isn't a breakfast food, imo, and the best beef with breakfast is hamburger patty seasoned with sausage seasoning.

                      Great thread idea!

I love breakfast food for any meal. I eat breakfast every day, having gained a testimony that skipping breakfast is bad for you.

Speaking of bad for you......chorizo, egg, and bean burritos for breakfast. heck yeah! I think I will make some this weekend.

On a work day I normally eat peanut butter on pita or some sort of carb, shake, banana or apple or berries. I never seem to get tired of it. If I make steel cut oats one night, I will eat those instead for the next few days. I love all of that stuff. I almost never eat cold cereal anymore. I used to love cold cereal but now I think it is mostly a huge w.a.s.t.e. of time.
