Super Bowl grub

With my daughter's guests, we ended up with 10 people, and the menu I had planned was:

Cheesesteak sliders
Chuck roast burnt ends
ABTs
Chicken/Pickle/Bacon wraps (smoked)
Smoked wings
Crab Rangoon dip (my version of my daughter's favorite dish at a local restaurant)

While texting with my daughter last night, she said that a couple of girls who would be there didn't like anything with fat or bones, so is there a chance I could make boneless wings? After the obligatory "There is no such thing", I agreed, and deep-fried some chicken breast chunks and tossed them in a soy/brown sugar/ginger sauce.

At halftime, a couple of the girls came down for seconds, and my daughter told me that the boneless wings were a HUGE hit. Always nice when the most popular dish is one that you spent 10 minutes on and didn't care about a bit

Menu for this year's Super Bowl party:

• Chicken Parm Sliders (half chicken thigh, breaded and air fried, then finished in the oven with marinara and melted mozz, served on a slider bun with a basil chiffonade)
• Greek Gyro Sliders (beef and lamb patty, seasons with gyro spices, served with fresh lettuce, tomato, and homemade tzaziki)
• Jalapeno Poppers (JL's recipe, but adapted for home oven (add liquid smoke to the cheese mix and add a half of a little smoky to the center of each popper))
• Reuben Sandwich Hot Dip (Got this one from Dan O's IG page a couple years ago--been meaning to try it for a long time. Corned beef, Cream cheese, sauerkraut, etc.)
• 7-layer Dip w Juanita's Chips
• Stuffed Mushroom Bites (button mushrooms, hollowed and stuffed with sausage and cream sauce, topped with cheese)
• Drinks and Desserts as brought by others

My daughter at BYU was so bummed about missing our SB party that we schemed to fly her home for the weekend. Last night we surprised Mrs. D when she found H sitting on the couch watching TV with her siblings. It's gonna be a good weekend!

Seriously, that all sounds amazing except the gyro sliders (not a fan of Med food). I'm doing pulled pork and probably jalapeno poppers and MJ is making two "helmet" cakes with the logos of each team.
