Wow, you guys are being super mean to my daughter's friends!

And yes, to BFM's point, for my family I am more likely to say "deal with it" (though I try to find things they like), but I am a little more lenient with friends, as I always prefer them hanging out here than at other people's houses.

As far as pickiness, a couple of them don't like onions (so I may still do cheesesteaks without onions). A couple of them have meat issues where if there is anything but lean muscle they freak out. So yes, the Dude's suggestions would probably work, but I need to find something I would like.

I was thinking of trying "Deep fried macaroni and cheesesteak bites", but not sure if they would work out.

Still may do the burnt ends and try to be careful with the bits I serve them.

Thinking of doing ABTs though a couple won't like them.

Doing pulled pork sliders and ABTs. Hot fudge brownie sundaes with leatherbys hot fudge and blue bell homemade vanilla ice cream.

Ribs and Philly cheesesteaks as the big filler. Smoked wings that are finished in our oven air frying. ABT’s with some leftover wagyu brisket and my own bacon, Queso with my own sausage, and a bunch of chips and drinks. It’s one of the few Sundays this year that I’m happy to be on the early church schedule.

Ha. Oh, some salad or something my wife insists on. And a basic peach cobbler.

We’ve got about 30 people coming over. Hopefully that’s enough.

                        • First time trying Jeff’s bacon jalapeño peppers. Just three of us but I still did the full 15 pepper recipe. It was a big hit and pretty easy. Thanks dude!

Pro tip: chop up your leftover poppers and put them in mashed potatoes. You can thank me later.

                                LOL. Leftover poppers. Good one.
