Here's the site to see what they have. I didn't see prime, but you could call and ask if they have it there.

Just called Sniders. No prime and Choice is $11.95/pound. He said that he thinks Harmons might sell Prime, but not sure. Time to call Harmons.

Try the Draper Harmons. It's everything a grocery store should be. Also some of the women that shop there are easy on the eyes.

I just called that exact one! And guess what....they sell Prime. $19/pound () but worth the splurge for a holiday meal. Also, they sell dry-aged Prime for the same price as regular prime, so I think I know where I am headed on the way home.

I'm stuck in the hospital for another 90 minutes and then I'm heading over (Around 2-2:30). My wife informed me that she has already ordered a "Prime" rib from Dan's. Not bone-in but it is the end cut. Don't know what she paid. Her excuse was that she doesn't want the kids thinking that I do all the cooking. I told her she could do the salad. She is also against putting cheese in the popovers We shall see about that.

Smith's in Farmington has Choice bone out Prime Rib for $5.99/lb with your savings card. Costco in Bountiful has it $9.99/lb for the same thing.

The Fresh Markets in Davis County have them at that price this week - they are not prime, but choice. The one in Layton had a prime rib roast for $11.99/lb in there meat case.

                          • Costco in Murray. Choice bone-in/boneless for $8.69/$8.99. 3 prime bone-in left at $14.99 ($75-125). I'm buying Gruyere - we'll see if the popovers are made without cheese.

I had to hit the road, so I went with Harmon's. prime, dry aged, bone-in, 3 rib rack. The thing looks like a 7 pound piece of art. I'm pumped.
