Holmoe or Bosco? I saw Bosco in line when I was eating.Originally posted by LiveCoug View PostI went to 180 tacos today for lunch as well. Had the mojo pork, the cascabel chicken and the korean taco. They were all very tasty.
Also, the word is out. Tom Holmoe was stuffing his face with tacos while I was ordering.

I'm heading to 180 Tacos for lunch again today. At some point we should do a CS get-together either there or at Bam Bam's.Kids in general these days seem more socially retarded...
None of them date. They hang out. They text. They sit in the same car or room and don't say a word...they text. Then, they go home and whack off to internet porn.
I think that's the sad truth about why these kids are retards.

Had the chopped beef and it was very good. Also got a couple of ribs and they were devoured by my kids. I purchased a full brisket for dinner tonight. Looking forward to trying that out. The owner is great. Took me back and showed me his smoker. Very willing to discuss things. Very enjoyable experience. I hope he shows up here.A man who views the world the same at fifty as he did at twenty has wasted thirty years of his life. - Mohammad Ali

I think he's a Ute fan, so you may have to go to UB5 if you want to discuss meats with him.Originally posted by CJF View PostHad the chopped beef and it was very good. At least he has a Y sticker on his smoker.Originally posted by LiveCoug View PostI think he's a Ute fan, so you may have to go to UB5 if you want to discuss meats with him.
It was kind of a spur of the moment thing. I live in Farmington and decided I want brisket, but I didn't want to make it. I needed my kids to take a nap. Win win. They were both out within 3 minutes of closing the garage door and I got pretty good chopped beef for lunch and brisket for dinner. We will have to plan something in the near future.Originally posted by Harry Tic View PostHey, give more of a heads-up next time. The same thing he charges for sliced. $9.50 per half pound. It was not cheap. I wanted to see if I could learn a thing or two. I think I did, but my next couple of cooks will decide.Originally posted by Jeff Lebowski View PostSo what does he charge for a whole brisket?A man who views the world the same at fifty as he did at twenty has wasted thirty years of his life. - Mohammad Ali
