    Wow, surprisingly delicious.

    Really enjoyed Wuaps chimichurri.

    About a fourth of it was really dry and the chimi worked great for that, about 3/4 was absolute money, bend test crushed some of the bends in this thread, kept it only to salt and pepper, didn't need BBQ sauce, 8 adults devoured it and no complaints.

    Followed JL's method and it was really good.
