The week after the 4th of July, Albertson's had Blue Bell half gallons on sale for $3.49 each. We stocked up on a variety of flavors. We tried Blue Bell Southern Peach Cobbler last night. Because I actually prefer peach crisp to cobbler, I made a crispy oat topping to sprinkle over the top. While graham canyon is delicious, I have never been a fan of the ice cream cake. It seems that the ice cream in the ice cream cake goes from rock hard to melted in a short amount of time. It is impossible to have it be the right level of hardness to enjoy (get your mind out of the gutter, fellas).
