Wow. The note I got from him said:

I am so mis-represented sometimes, it makes me question the moral-ness of my fellow posters (looking directly at you DDD and IPU). Seriously, I am terribly ill now!

And NO, I am not pregnant! Like that would even be possible.

How can you be misrepresented with an avatar like yours?

An hour ago I put you on ignore. But about 5 minutes ago, something told me, "take UteStar off ignore."

So I did. I can see that your feelings are hurt and I apologize.

Sorry...out of habit, I immediately had the same thought as DDD. In the ER, the first thing everyone thinks when they see a young female who's vomiting pop up on the board is that she's pregnant. And most of the time we're right. Yes, these girls find it easier to go to the ER ("It's free to come here!") than to go to the freakin' dollar store to buy a pregnancy test. Yes, they have them at the dollar store and yes, they're a freakin dollar, which is probably about the value of the cigarettes you're going to smoke during your 5 smoke breaks you're going to take while we wait for your results (I know--I'm absolutely confident you're going to stop smoking as soon as you find out you're pregnant...).

            I'm getting bitter.

I'm sorry you've had a bad experience. I promise when I start non-5Guys-cajun-fries-induced vomiting, I will purchase a pregnancy test instead of troubling good ER folk like yourself.

The helpful fact that I am currently on the rag leads me to reasonably believe my fertile womb is not yet bearing fruit.

Incidentally, my father is a physician and most eager to have grandchildren, so he gets a hopeful glimmer in his eye at the slightest indication of queasiness.

We just got a 5 Guys in St George. Haven't tried it until now because we already had an In N Out (and I'm a fan), but put me firmly in the 5 Guy camp. In fact, I'm not sure how there's an argument, except for price. Options for grilled mushrooms, jalapenos, etc. Better fries too.

                    FMCoug clearly has poor taste.

                    Or he's trolling.

No, he's just on crack. It can take away the ability to taste/smell.

Or he has used Zicam too much, causing the same problem

These are also plausible options, true.

Went the other day too, and I didn't think it was anything too special. Count me in the camp of: "Better than your national chain"...but that's about it.

I too prefer JCW/Atlantis etc...over 5 Guys. I also thought it was over priced for the food.

                          Next up...In-and-Out.

I love 5 guys, but the price is just too much. In n Out much cheaper and very tasty as well.

And this, my friends, is the decision everyone must make for themselves.

Is 5 Guys worth the price?

Clearly In-N-Out is inferior, but the low cost makes it attractive to those of us who live frugally.

LOL.. In N Out is in no way, shape or form clearly inferior. The price for a great burger combo at In N Out is just cheaper than 5 guys, which also has a great burger. So, 5 Guys occasionally, In n Out often.
