Is there anything about Hispanics that you do like?

      Oh, Spain, you expensive mistress.

I can't tell if I was blessed or cursed by going to Spain on a mission. It's been very difficult dealing with the idea that I cannot live in two places at once. It's also been difficult trying to indulge my cravings for Spanish fineries while living in Utah. Utah. Seriously. What the hell? I live in Utah.

At times I feel like the mouse on Ratatouille. I mean, people, paella... You know, it's a Spanish Rice dish.. "You mean like with beans and a quesa-dill-a?"

I resort to buying 2nd rate ham, prosciutto, and making myself a fine ajo blanco and sitting out on my back porch in the scorching heat on a summer afternoon with my iPhone apps on Radio Nacional pretending I am on a street corner in Sevilla sipping ajo blanco, eating melon, nibbling on Manchego and partaking in jamon iberico.

DAMMIT! This is NOT jamon! It's...it's...prosciutto and I am sitting on a wood deck in my back yard in Kaysville, UT!

Get me a gun. I'm ending this now.
Hey PU, here is the charcuterie page of their website. Does any of this look like what you were looking for?

Kids in general these days seem more socially retarded...

None of them date. They hang out. They text. They sit in the same car or room and don't say a word...they text. Then, they go home and whack off to internet porn.

I think that's the sad truth about why these kids are retards.

Plenty of places to get great cheese around here. Specialty import shops like, DeLaurenti, Paris Grocery, The Spanish Table, The Cheese Cellar, etc. Grocery stores like Whole Foods, Trader Joes and even QFC does pretty well. Then you have local purveyors like Beechers, Quillisascut Cheese Co. and the always standout Estrella Creamery.
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.

Doubtful. And, as much as I love food, it is one of my biggest disappointments in life.

              Actually, not so much anymore.

There's three rules that I live by: never get less than twelve hours sleep; never play cards with a guy who's got the same first name as a city; and never go near a lady's got a tattoo of a dagger on her body. Now you stick to that, everything else is cream cheese. --Coach Finstock
