    Is this a franchise of the Boise restaurant or are they unrelated? Looks unrelated (the Boise one is a pizza place that's been around forever).

    So true. I spent a week in India and made a beeline for the McDonalds at Schiphol Airport while transiting on the way home. I thought about it the whole way from Mumbai.

    Nope. The menu is pretty much the same as in the US with the exception of removing all beef from the menu. They also highlight the veg and non-veg items in different colors so people can make sure they don't choose the wrong thing.
