I've never tried Cultivate in Draper but it looks promising. Maybe someone on here has a recommendation. I've also never tried The Wild Rose in South Jordan but it looks promising as well.

The Charleston in Draper is nice. I also second Falafel's Tiburon recommendation. You've also got the standbys of La Caille in Sandy and Tuscany in Cottonwood. There is a Market Street in both Cottonwood and South Jordan. There is a Carvers in Sandy. Toscanos in Sandy is OK - good enough for a business dinner but nothing spectacular.

Tiburon in Sandy. In a strange part of town on 700 East, but don't let that fool you.

Taqueria 27 is pretty solid. There's a classic street taco place in Bend that has my heart. But Taqueria 27 has great flavors, some I wouldn't have thought about in street tacos. We had the carne asada and duck confit carnitas, but I wanted to try oh so many more. Looks like they have a fish/taco/guacamole/margarita/dessert of the day.

We were at the downtown location, just in case you go to one and it sucks.

it wasn’t terribly busy when we went. Seating is pretty spaced out because of covid, so I assume you could find an unassuming place to sit.

i say do it. Pretend you’re a good critic.

Armand our waiter couldn’t have had more flourish presenting our food and drinks if he had tried.

It could be a set up for a place that may be resting on it’s laurels (lots of ‘best of’ awards in the past). But we really enjoyed it.

If they were open on Sunday, I would have tried it yesterday. I went to Brick's instead.

Well I'm sold on Detroit Style pizza. Brick's Corner is really good and has good beer on tap. So win win.

My daughter saw a tiktok and wanted to try out a new place to eat, so we went today. It is called Hong Kong Banjum/Paik's noodle and it serves Korean style Chinese food. While I would prefer a traditional Korean meal with kimchee and rice in some form, this place was delicious and I highly recommend it. The tangsuyuk, a variety of sweet and sour pork, was great.

It is in the north parking lot of Valley Fair mall.
