Truer words were never spoken. I tried to get off bling multiple times but would experience huge K/D impacts when I did. I finally got off of it and am loving my new setup,

That's very close to my setup, except I usually use the silencer with the ACR or holo with the M16 (depends on the map), or sometimes the ACR with extended mags or FMJ (again, depends on the map). Also, I use the Rangers more often than the 1887s - again, map dependent.

For me, the fire rate of the SCAR is just too slow. The M16 is my favorite weapon, probably, but I have a couple of classes where I use the AK-47 or the TAR.

With the M16 and no stopping power, does it not take you two bursts of fire to kill someone? I just like that with stopping power, you kill someone with just one burst. I guess it's just a question of aiming and potentially getting a headshot.

You go with cold blooded and ninja w/o a silencer? What's the point of that?

My two main load outs are based on total silence. P90 silenced, scavenger pro, cold blooded pro, ninja pro, claymores and smoke. I usually have a launcher on an out doors-y map. I have an M16 loud out that's exactly the same for bigger maps like wasteland.

My other option right now has been the slasher - p90/uzi silenced, commando pro, lightweight, marathoner (or whatever its called - constant running). This is a fun way to switch things up on small, tight maps (where people can't see you coming from a mile away).

Because I can still run around and kill when chopper gunner and ac 130 show up, and they do almost every game. I have found I can keep my streaks alive easier with CBP and NP than I can with other perks.

I do it too. The trick is to get a kill, then move. Get a kill, then move. Wasteland is the best example of this - I rarely use a silencer there. Instead, I slowly creep around until I see somebody, then take them out, then move somewhere else. A silencer isn't going to do you any good if people get a visual on you anyway, and I'm all about visuals.

Depends on where I aim. Sometimes it takes two. If I hit you in the chest will all three rounds from a burst, then you are dead. And the fire rate is so fast on the M16 that I can fire off six rounds as fast or faster than, say, a SCAR.

I know what Cold-blooded perk does, but what does the CB-Pro do? I never use that perk, as it wouldn't help that much with a run n' gun style...IMO.

Your name doesn't show above your head when the opponent sees you, so they initially can't tell which team you are on.

It takes a little bit of time to get, so you know. The best way to get it is to carry a stinger with you as a secondary weapon, have scavenger on, and blast every UAV that gets called in out of the sky.
