I joined a FFA match with Robin the other night and it seemed like every time I respawned he was right ther to kill me. He ended up winning the match and every other one we played he had to be top 3, he was killing it.

I'm trying to decide the best Bling attachments for the SCAR. I'm not a fan of the RD or holographic sights. I lean towards a shotgun combo, but the shotgun attachment seems to be underpowered. Why is that?

Love the .50 cal sniper. I like to use the ACOG scope, but I'm thinking of switching from the silencer combo to the FMJ combo.

I tend to stick to the PP2000 as my backup.

I use Bling, Power & Steady as perks.

Couple of thoughts on the layouts:

I wouldn't use the shotgun combo - just use a shotgun as your second if that's what you want. AA-12 is nice, and so are the Rangers when you unlock them. (Nothing against the PP2000, which is a fine second).

I wouldn't use the silencer unless you also have the Ninja perk. The whole point of the silencer is that it makes you invisible, which is beside the point if you don't have Ninja, unless you are staying in one spot and sniping. Your layout sounds more like a run-n'-gun type, something that would be better in Rust/Scrapyard than Derail or Estate.

If you can learn to live without Bling - and that took me a while - you can be well served by other perks. Some people have to stay with Bling, and that's okay too.

Truer words were never spoken. I tried to get off bling multiple times but would experience huge K/D impacts when I did. I finally got off of it and am loving my new setup,
