Putting smack aside for a second, does anyone know how the wait time between spawning is calculated? Perhaps I'm a newb for not knowing, but in Capture the flag and Sabotage, I feel like the respawn time ranges from 3 to 10 seconds or so.

It "seems" like it is a 10 second cycle and it really just depends on when you die in that cycle.

I'm interested in this as well. I'd also be interested in seeing a respawn location map. I just don't pay much attention to respawn points in-game. It seems to be a bit more random in this game (or perhaps there are just tons of respawn points).

Edit: these maps appear to show only the initial spawn points. Perhaps I was right - maybe the respawn points are random and numerous.
