You may be the first person I've seen give Rooster a grade that low. DTF does seem really odd.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

    • DTF St Louis was fine.

The last season of Hacks was good. Not its best season, but still a quality show. Highly recommend that one.

I just thought they made it too obvious who did it, and more importantly, who didn't do it. They followed the same formula as The Killing: pick a person and spend a whole episode making it look like they did it. Well, when you know there are X episodes, you know each week is just an exclusion.

It felt like he was just making Ted Lasso again. It felt lazy and suffered in comparison.

            • Just re-watched House of the Dragon in preparation for the new season. I actually really enjoyed it this second time around. Excited to see how things go and if Alicent keeps her word. Or will someone die the first episode to shift this back into war.

I do think the fellow who became a dragon rider for the second largest dragon is going to play a huge noble role. Now.. the other fellow. I get a feeling he is going to flip sides. I should check the GOT-Verse to learn more about these characters..

Still, a segment from a recent episode of Life,:Larry, and the Pursuit of Unhappiness is noteworthy because it is the last screen performance of Rob Reiner who plays Washington announcing he won't seek a third term. Reiner was murdered a couple of weeks after filming, and Trump's public statement immediately following the murder was extraordinarily awful, even for Trump. Anyway, i see this as Reiner's revenge from the grave. Jimmy Kimmel has a funny cameo. I understand the scene was completed a couple of days before Trump's comments, but David held off releasing it to the public until the Fourth of July weekend in the hope it would make Trump's weekend even worse. Sorry for the poor video quality.

I get the point you’re making, but at some point, we need to retire the phrase “even by Trump standards“. I think it’s meaningless at this stage.

Agree with your assessment. So far in the first two episodes the only skit I actually laughed out loud at was the Rosa Parks one. The rest felt like regurgitated Curb bits in colonial costume. I'm about as friendly an audience as he could ask for as I love his comedy but so far I've been underwhelmed.
