  • We Care A Lot- Faith No More

For some reason that song also reminds me of Sigue Sigue Sputnik- Shoot It Up (edit- Love Missle f1-11), which I don't particularly like, but brings back good memories.

Aren't you like 20 something? Shouldn't London Bridges Falling Down be an 80's nostalgic song for you?

Hottie is a crash baby...1987. Born right before the crash, in fact, in the last time you could escape intact. She should stay away from financial markets at all costs.

No 1980s nostalgia from you sista!

            • One I haven't seen yet - Walk Like an Egyptian by the Bangles

I didn't necessarily like the song until I saw the music video.

Now I can't hear the song without seeing Susanna Hoff's eyes.

Other songs that stuck with me that I haven't seen here yet (understand, I had pretty eclectic taste in music): Sister Christian, Bette Davis Eyes, Centerfold, She's a Beauty, Here I go Again, Once Bitten Twice Shy.

I hear "Sunglasses at Night" and it takes me back to a particularly memorable evening...

              Wow.

That infamous video moment was actually a serendipitous shot of Hoffs fighting off her stage fright. Instead of looking out at the entire audience she looked at specific people. They included that shot in the video and the rest is history. Thanks, Pop Up Video!

Oh man, Pop Up Video was awesome. One of my favorites was Mariah Carey's Honey. Not only because it was awesome to watch (rawr!) and I liked the song, but I remember it being quite funny to my juvenile sense of humor. A bunch of cracks about Mariah dancing with her "seamen."
So Russell...what do you love about music? To begin with, everything.
