  • Long live the 70s!

Everyone lists ten favorite tracks (not albums) recorded in the 70s.

Rules: 1) No redundancy allowed across posts 2) Only one track per artist in a post, i.e. you can't simply list ten tracks from Let It Be.

The end result of the thread should be a nice must-have list of 70s tunes.

No Night Moves? I've always liked the lyric...

I awoke last night to the sound of thunder
How far off I sat and wondered
Started humming a song from 1962
Aint it funny how the night moves

Great call on Superstition. In fact, superstition should have been on my list over Higher Ground. Stevie Wonder in the 70s was great. Innervisions, Talking Book, and Songs in the Key of Life were great albums.

Yeah, the "Operator" reference was great. So many great singer/song writers in the 70s
