You're still bent out of shape about that? By the way, your idea of a comedy classic has the same rating as Last Man Standing on imdb. You might as well be watching Charles in Charge or Gimme a Break.Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

I love that movie.

Not out until next month, but one of Netflix's new exclusives; saw it described as the show Spielberg and Stephen King never made:

Peaky Blinders is a great show. Just finished Season 1. Really liking it.Originally posted by Color Me Badd Fan View PostI noticed Peaky Blinders was on Netflix a couple weeks ago. I've gone through three episodes, and it's quite good. It has a little Guy Richie influence to it and is overall much more entertaining than Boardwalk Empire, which it will inevitably draw comparisons to. The cast in Peaky Blinders is much better than that of Boardwalk.
Netflix must have a contract with the.BBC to get their shows that PBS can't pick up.
When you take Game of Thrones out of the mix, the overall production out of the BBC is probably equal to HBO. Other than Game of Thrones, Silicon Valley and True Detective, I don't care to watch anything else on HBO. But those aforementioned shows are certainly worth the price of subscription to HBO for the months they're on.

I didn't see your comment until now, but so far it's more Stephen King than Spielberg with a little bit of John Hughes mixed in.Originally posted by Armenag View PostNot out until next month, but one of Netflix's new exclusives; saw it described as the show Spielberg and Stephen King never made:

It's still startling to see actresses like Winona Ryder transition into Mom roles. But she's 45 now, so that's the progression.Part of it is based on academic grounds. Oh yeah, I should have mentioned the John Carpenter movie music. It's not bad.Part of it is based on academic grounds. The show takes place in 1983 but they featured Corey Hart's epic Sunglasses at Night. I was only 6 or 7 at the time but even I know that didn't come out until 1984.
I tried to find out who the Duffer Brothers are and it said they graduated from college in 2011. Pretty young to be doing a homage to the 1980s.
It's funny how there are no 90s nostalgic pieces that have been done yet.Part of it is based on academic grounds. Among major conferences, the Pac-10 is the best academically, largely because of Stanford, Cal and UCLA. “Colorado is on a par with Oregon,” he said. “Utah isn’t even in the picture.”

We're close to the same age, then. One of the snapshot memories in time from my childhood is listening to Sunglasses at Night in the car on the way to the theater to see Ghostbusters in the summer of 1984.Originally posted by Color Me Badd Fan View PostThe show takes place in 1983 but they featured Corey Hart's epic Sunglasses at Night.
