I've enjoyed several episodes of Live from Daryl's House over the years. Not sure if he's doing new stuff, but in every episode his bonafides become quite clear.

I wouldn't say any of the others are 'bad' but maybe just not their style of vocals. Huey Lewis was pretty relatable as he's talking about shitting his pants waiting for his part that he doesn't get to practice bc Stevie Wonder and the first few guys kept starting over and redoing their parts...
    Best rock vocalist hands down.

As for anime, Death Note ruined me. It is so good that everything else seems cheesy by comparison.
Agreed... it was good. Did you watch Violet Evergarden?

My youngest and I watched that for the first time tonight. It thought it was fun.

If it's anything like the Simpsons tribute episode, I'm going to be too creeped out to be too put off by any goofiness. I'll check it out.

I watch anime on Netflix/Hulu occasionally to keep my Japanese sharp but most of it is hot garbage. Kind of a shame (for me) to have such a good series focused on Japan but no Japanese option.
