Oh crap, I totally forgot I was watching that. The plot is so good.

The Mrs. and I burned through Your Friends and Neighbors (starring Jon Hamm and Amanda Peet). My wife was not a big fan of the many scenes depicting intercourse nor of the many F-bombs throughout the series. But overall, we both enjoyed the show quite a bit.

I had previously asked if she wanted to watch Pluribus with me but she declined so I watched it by myself. I got her started on it and while she doesn’t like the slow burn aspect of parts of it, she's liking it quite a bit.

New season of “Shrinking” dropped and My wife and I thoroughly love this show. It is so well done and my wife’s Grandmother had Parkinson’s so there is a touching element for her.

Having a cameo of Michael J. Fox was wonderful. I hope they make him a regular character as it adds so much more to this show and the disease that impact’s Harrison Ford’s character.

Here is a brief promotion of Michael J. Fox on the show and his thoughts.

Great clip. The show has developed very well over two seasons and we've gone from mixed feelings to a very strong appreciation for the show. The last episode of Season Two was outstanding. Can't wait to start the new season.

I hated season 1. I might give it another chance. Probably not.

Seemed vapid and pretentious to me.

And hey, I am not anti-profanity per see (see my moniker), but it seemed like the writers worked over time to work as many F-bombs and profanity into every single line. Who in the hell talks like this 24/7? Seemed performative and absurd.

But hey, I am glad you guys enjoyed it.

Yeah. The profanity was a bit much. I do not remember if it cut down in Season 2. The storyline and comedy made it hard for us to stop. Harrison Ford cussing. Yes, not gonna pass that up.

still has cussing. Comparable to Ted Lasso IMO

Ha. Yeah, Ted Lasso was similar. Apple TV going for that edgy vibe.

You'll be pleased to learn a key character in the second season is played by Brett Goldstein in a key very different kind of role. Pretty much profanity-free, but my senses may have been dulled by his Ted Lasso performance.
