Listening to the book now. Sci-fi is not my thing. I hope I like the movie better than I’m liking the book.

I'm not a sci fi guy either, but I enjoyed the book and thought the narrator was very good. I think you'll find the movie entertaining regardless. Worst case, you'll probably wish it wasn't as long.Originally posted by Green Monstah View PostComment

On Goodreads there about 1.5 million reviews, with a 4.5 average rating. It sound like GM is about a 3 star so far, which about 100k people rated it. So he has company, but is definitely in a minority.Originally posted by Green Monstah View Post

Finished the book. I ended up liking it a lot more than I thought I would. 3.5/5.
I am excited to see the movie with the book still top
