  • I've never driven through there, but it reminds me of some parts of Northern CA and SD.

    • This is a crappy photo taken with my phone through my office window. But the ridgeline winds blowing the snow off of Little Cottonwood ridge was mesmerizing this morning. Snowbirds website said winds were 35-55 MPH at the time. 1E50456A-EE94-42C4-B163-4002DE7E36DF.jpeg

      • That's a cool photo - I would have loved to watch that too.

It's been thirty years since I've skied Snowbird - but I can still remember the runs there and Alta - like it was yesterday. Back then Alta was $5 but we skied Snowbird for $7 because it was so much better.

        • I wish I would have had the camera back then that I have today. I may have caught the snow being blown off of Denali when I was in Fairbanks. 100 miles away and it commanded the horizon.

            • Those are some amazing shots. I see your photos and it makes me want to break out my camera and get into the wild - but this is just wow. Nicely done.

Nice. I'll have to make spring trip there sometime.

I was interested to see all the discoloration in the Canyon Falls water.

                          Thanks.

I like the baby buffalo. Also, the squirrel is one of my favorites, for some reason.
