Apparently there was such a backlash at some Costco stores when they were first introduced they Costco had people there to demonstrate how to best pour the milk and had milk jugs and cups for customers to try. Design fail indeed.Originally posted by TripletDaddy View Postlol @ people who need a YouTube video to pour milk. Yes, this is true. We have the square cartons here, and after there arrival I saw the biggest Costco backlash I have ever seen in my life. People were very upset. Costco had signs up begging people's patience as they redesigned the cartons. The redesign ended up being making the cartons about half an inch taller (most of the troubles occur when the carton is very full, so the new cartons are never completely full). The new design helped a little, but there are still issues. At least they got rid of the connector between two cartons that made you buy at least two gallons of the same grade (we are a mixed milk family, and usually buy a gallon of 2% and a gallon of 1%).Originally posted by Surfah View PostApparently there was such a backlash at some Costco stores when they were first introduced they Costco had people there to demonstrate how to best pour the milk and had milk jugs and cups for customers to try.
