Yep. We have the ham and cheese as well. Just found out tonight that they've done away with the chocolate ice cream bar with almonds. I'm not very happy about that.

I hope they get that at the Murray Costco. I only get a couple of things whenever I go...the frozen meatballs, frozen chicken breasts and occasional tri-tip double pack. I would even be happy with an express lane, instead of having to wait the requisite 20 minutes behind the half dozen teeming carts and pallets.

I avoid Costco on Saturdays, if at all possible. It's not just the lines, it's the crowds. I think it's because of all the free samples. And because of the free samples, normal civil social interaction seems to have been displaced in order to claim a free sample (or six) once they are placed on the table to be "sampled". It's a madhouse, and that's before the long checkout lines.

Saturdays are OK as long as you go before 11 am. Earlier the better.

On a normal weekday the lines are always reasonably short, but that line to the food counter is always a mile long at my Costco.

We usually go on Tuesday afternoon. It's my day off, we take the kids, eat hot dogs, etc. We try to avoid Saturday.
