It looks like Costco has set up a pretty good pipeline of Korea products right now. They have some delicious authentic Korean Kimchi: Jongga Kimchi, Sliced Napa Cabbage, 88.1 oz | Costco

They also have the original "Melon Bar" by Melona (Can't find it on their website. It is a frozen creamy fruit popsicle.). I had a million Honeydew melon flavored ones on my mission and the Costco variety tastes the same as ever. I tried the Mango flavor and liked it but haven't been able to try the coconut flavor. The kids have been eating those too fast for me to even get my hands on them.

A couple of years ago I would buy the large bag of Green Giant golden potatoes at Costco. Great potatoes at a great price. But the last year or so they have been unbearably sweet. Too bad because the price is still good. I really prefer the waxy potatoes over russets for everything but baked (and French fries). But prices on potatoes are still pretty high and I swear the quality is sub par.

For Father’s Day, I snagged their barbecue chicken and bacon Mac n’Cheese. I put it on the smoker for 30 mins @400 degrees. So, so good.
