I saw this guy at lunch today. It's kind of a blurry pic, since I didn't want to get too close to him, and I think he had already seen me looking at him. He's a big, tough looking guy. He is wearing a hat very similar to the type that my daughter used to wear when she was two.

Are these hats in fashion now? I am not a real fashion forward guy (my collars right now are buttoned, though I am not wearing a tie), so maybe I am just not aware of the trends. Or is it it maybe some kind of "Wear a silly hat day"? Is it a fund-raiser? I need to know if I should be stopping at the store to pick one of these up on the way home.

Those denim GAP shirts were the bomb back in the early 90s. If you were in Utah and were serious about getting some Mo tail, you had at least one of those babies in your wardrobe. They were great for class, dates, Sunday fireside. Braided leather belt was not optional.

LOL. I wore a Gap denim shirt (my HS girlfriend worked at the Gap) to senior night after graduation. No braided belt though. I have never owned one.

Yeah, that's more of the knock-off color, worn by those who wanted the look but didn't know exactly how to pull it off. Usually worn with denim jeans, too. Someone with the authentic look would never do that.

I got a new phone so I'm emptying all the old photos off my old phone before wiping it. Some randoms I thought worth posting:

Random gas station bathroom #1. This place was filthy and didn't even have a dispenser for the paper towels. But it had a nice picture set up in the corner. So it had that going for it, which is nice.




Random bathroom #2 (pun intended!). This one is at my office. I thought it was an interesting place to have a snack. I was also intrigued by the half nest. It was an onion bagel, for those wondering.



San Diego Temple on the day of a close friend's wedding last summer. They were supposed to maintain one spire free from scaffodling during the renovation, but they soon discovered that the cracking was so severe that there was no way to do it in phases. So hundreds of brides had pictures in front of this last summer:


Odometer for my Toyota as it turned 100k. Unfortunately, I was alone so I couldn't stop and get pics of me jumping into the air and kicking my legs up backward like I did with my previous car. I was hoping it would heat up to 99 degrees for the perfect 99999 99, but no such luck.
