The cowboy way."I think it was King Benjamin who said 'you sorry ass shitbags who have no skills that the market values also have an obligation to have the attitude that if one day you do in fact win the PowerBall Lottery that you will then impart of your substance to those without.'"

So I've been curious about this. The people who make coffee this way swear by it, but I've never tried it. The thought is that traditional methods burn coffee by brewing it too hot and that you can get rid of the bitterness by lowering that temperature. The aeropress is a pretty popular recent addition that does this. Cold brewing takes it to the next step, but you extract flavor, you have to increase your time, pretty much to overnight. There's a pretty cheap system you can buy on Amazon to try this.Originally posted by MarkGrace View PostBrewed with cold water. I'm a much bigger fan of iced coffee than hot. A lot of places (most?) make iced coffee by just chilling regular hot brewed coffee. But with the cold brewing trend, some places around have been using cold brew for their iced coffee. When I made that post I was drinking one and it was throwing me off. The flavor is really distinct.
And that is way more than you ever wanted to know, but I've been looking into this for a while, so I have a little verbal diarrhea. I wish I could find a shop around here that cold brewed to see if it's worth it. I love my aeropress. At least the Big Ten went after a big-time addition in Nebraska; the Pac-10 wanted a game so badly, it added Utah

Alibaba just opened at $92.70. Market cap the size of Walmart. Already talking about them now having enough money to buy out some of our large tech companies.
Then they talk about will this offering done in the US enable US companies to play easier in China. LOL China limits US companies to the business they do in China. Chinese company comes to the US to do their offering so they can raise tons and tons of money. Greedy buttholes on Wall St.
Yes, I am a free market guy, but I get a little tired of us having to play by different rules and us not making others play by their rules.
