    Can confirm. I thought Quebec was an outlier with the smoking, but BCers smoke more than what I was used to in the states. And yeah, at least in the curling club the taps are wide open. They drink as much as Oregonians.

        Pro tip. Most songs played at sporting events aren't intended to be taken literally. For instance, Wisconsin fans aren't actually endorsing Irish-American rap prowess during Jump Around. Red Sox fans aren't considering JFK's daughter during Sweet Caroline. When Stronger by Kanye comes up at a BYU game it's not because those singing along are on the prowl for a blonde lesbian. It's usually more for the energy, vibe, and tradition.

          Huh. I've sung this a couple of times at Fenway. I didn't know the song was inspired by her. Just proving your point I guess!
