Second - is Cuomo honestly advocating for non-peaceful demonstrations? I mean, this might be a cause that he agrees with and feels strongly about - so maybe non-peaceful is OK. But that isn't the issue. The issue is that once he acknowledges that non-peaceful protests are some kind of "right", because no where does it say that protests have to be peaceful - he's inviting non-peaceful protests for issues that he disagrees with as well. I'm not sure he thought this through all the way. Is he ready for the next 2nd amendment protest to be non-peaceful?
