Shortly after this profound point, we logically get to the place where he pulled a shotgun on the Google Fiber installers. Following shortly is a request for $10K to fund his legal defense.

I am sure I can count on all of you to chip in.

Unfortunately, generosity.com does not have a comment section, or else I could let him know that while I sympathize with his great cause, I am sure he agrees that I should not contribute to his entitlement mentality by paying his legal fees, and instead will allow him to continue to support the free market by paying for his own lawyer.

He got it with the title report when he bought his house. That's all the notice he's ever gonna get. I'd plead him to a brandishing charge (misdo ) and require a forfeiture of the wrapping if I were the prosecutor.

I have the same situation, and the easement shows on my title report.

I'm 10 minutes into the audio. It is well worth listening to. He just compared his asking for proof of the easement to providing a license to a police officer if you are pulled over. He also indicated that he does not agree with the requirement that he is to provide a license or proof of his identity to the police if he is pulled over.
