    Indeed. To be sure, Haiti hasn’t been the model of good post colonial governance. But they had 2 strikes against them to begin with.

    This article only strengthens the stereotypes I have of New Jersey. Mayor caught on tape uttering racial slurs will likely resign. Good thing! Police chief extorted mayor and town to the tune of over half a million dollars to keep the tapes secret. Bad thing!
