I love/loathe the thought of this guy matching the start/stop rhythm of that song.

A little back story; when I first started having sex I researched into ways to be better as I was a little stiff

Very touching story about a nonspeaking autistic person who learned to communicate through spelling out words.

Ugh... What a horrible story. Shame on both the US and France. Especially France.

    I can't believe this isn't more well-known. Excellent reporting.

Indeed. To be sure, Haiti hasn’t been the model of good post colonial governance. But they had 2 strikes against them to begin with.

This article only strengthens the stereotypes I have of New Jersey. Mayor caught on tape uttering racial slurs will likely resign. Good thing! Police chief extorted mayor and town to the tune of over half a million dollars to keep the tapes secret. Bad thing!

I think the only thing it proves is that in general, people are stupid.

When it comes to estimating the size of demographic groups, Americans rarely get it right. In two recent YouGov polls, we asked respondents to guess the percentage (ranging from 0% to 100%) of American adults who are members of 43 different groups, including racial and religious groups, as well as other less frequently studied groups, such as pet owners and those who are left-handed.

When people’s average perceptions of group sizes are compared to actual population estimates, an intriguing pattern emerges: Amercians tend to vastly overestimate the size of minority groups.

    ...

A parallel pattern emerges when we look at estimates of majority groups: People tend to underestimate rather than overestimate their size relative to their actual share of the adult population.

I accidentally got shown a couple of videos from "Lehto's Law" and can't stop watching them. The guy deals with all aspects of the law and people having to deal with it, including the case of Hertz claiming the renters stole their cars and not correcting it later on .
That guy looks and talks like my old next door neighbor.
