We now have a lovely new Kenmore in our home and she's running very well and the family is happy. Unfortunately, I hear that our situation has now passed along to someone else on CUF. Beware the curse of reading this thread!

On a more positive note, if you ever need to reach someone in a company for an angry email, a sales contact, recruiting contact or whatever, I highly recommend www.Jigsaw.com. I had opened an account there a few years ago and called on it last week to find the warranty company CEO's email info.
