So.....what can I do to make CUF's format more readable for guys like me with attention spans of 45 seconds (that make me above average for the typical american voter, whose span is 10 to 30-second sound bites long)?

I was hoping to have had someone step forward yesterday on CB and volunteer to give me their email address so that I could, on occasion, email them a question I wanted to ask on CB. Sadly, no one did. So Jefe, after reading my post, properly discerned that I really didn't want to have the capability to post there anymore and he gave me a 100-year ban. It came a few posts earlier than I had hoped (since I was planning to make sure my final post would've been a DOOZY!), but that's okay. I've found over the past several months that my patience with some has waned to the point that it became counterproductive to my work to allow me to interact with the fools.

So, to answer your question, I am a complete and total "former Cougarboard user" now. I will still read it, but I can no longer use it (again, my choice to quit, just in Jefe's time).
LOL, there just aren't many of the original folks there anymore. I can't figure you ever getting the boot, pushed, nudged or whatever. A guy with a good sense of humor who doesn't poo on the church or BYU. What the heck is going on?

Sadly that place may end up being the Sports Message board for those of High Priest mentality.

So you're saying even though I am a high priest, I don't have the "High Priest mentality"? Not sure if I should say thanks or be offended!

I should have put it in quotes as you did. I was stereotyping.

We also have something here called "humblebrag".

Thailand has always been known as a bastion of moral propriety, so the irony of its town names is profound.

Wouldn't we be better served on this thread by differentiating who got banned from CB, and who left of their own free will?

FTR, welcome ByuMba90. I always admired your posts on CB.

Remember the Seinfeld episode where his dentist converted to Judaism for the jokes? I'm convinced that ByuMba90 joined CUF for the avatars.

Yeah, I enjoyed his posts as well.

I can't imagine what tomfoolery he got banned for.

Well, due to the small size of the avatars on CB, I was able to squeeze in a few that, if zoomed in on, might've shown some mammillary details.

I've already gotten in CB trouble for Phuket, however I have not tried Bangkok.

I have probably mentioned this a few times, but forgive me my memory is bad.

I got hit for saying the Major problem with Tiger's game was his putter wasn't as good as it used to be.

I tried to explain that is a fact and go read some golf magazines. Appeal didn't work because there was an inuendo.

I don't necessarily blame Jefe. He has a good gig going and more and more it caters to the "stereotypical" BYU fan, who while a minority, does indeed exist.

You can get big numbers by appealing to a minority. Just ask Glen Beck.

So now that most of the old Cougarboard is over here, CUF is becoming CB 2.0. Its only a matter of time before the original CUF founders break off again to form a new board.

This is just like conference realignment. CUF is like the new MWC, full of all the old WAC (CB) members.
