OK, I couldn't figure out any way to take a photo of my phone for two reasons:
1) No phone service
2) My phone is my camera
So I went with an impromptu "C" is for CUF hand gesture.

Take a screen shot of CUF and keep it in your pics. No connection is necessary. Unless you are completely alone, just ask whomever is with you to take the pic and send it to you. Or ask a stranger and meet someone new!
