OK, what did everyone endure/dish out today?

A partial list from the Lebowski home:

Tin foil wrapped around the shower head (sprays all over bathroom when turned on)
Cotton balls stuffed inside tortellini
Cake loaded with massive quantities of salt
Baking soda-filled pancakes
<something> inserted in toothpaste tube

One of the first things my wife and I discussed after we got married was my stance on pranks, getting tickled, and other general tomfoolery.

This was a very disappointing AFD for me. I usually am able to get over really well on one of my siblings or my mother. However being out of town working today left me not much time to come up with anything good.

We rarely talk anymore, so not sure what her stance is. I would guess you were right, though.

I was thinking that it would be cool to do an "I Love Lucy" setup in our bedroom. Just one day she comes home and there are two separate twin beds in our room with nightstands separating them. Also, we would never see our toilet on camera.

I have no idea what the helicopter joke is, but I caught your REM reference immediately. The phrase "the fear of getting caught" always invokes the sounds of Nightswimming. It's Automatic!

I got my students. I gave back their exams today and they all got an F marked in red ink on the front of the exam. On the back page I wrote their true grade and "April Fools!" I did my best to feign disappointment while they looked through it. It took about five minutes before one of them looked at me in disbelief.

None of the students really failed the exam, most did well. All had a good laugh.

Me too....that song is the only thing that makes me nostalgic for high school. It came out after I graduated, and I don't recall ever skinny-dipping, but it makes me long for a time of simplicity. I don't miss high school really ever, but that song does give me a twinge of nostalgia.
