I may be small, but I'm slow.

        is that the original version?

I never get tired of America Rocks/O-Hatch resets.

It's totally cool, it's totally hot

I mean it's like right there at the top!

Yes. I should have used this version, but I didn't have the $.99 handy.

So what big plans does everyone have for the weekend. This will be our first 4th in Utah. The last two we have been traveling (we usually go to So Cal for the 4th) but have been there thrice lately so passed this time.

Taking the crew to Stadium of Fire to swoon over Brad Paisley and David Archuleta. Supposed to be a hot one. Temperature, sickos.

Also a note to the NTS haters. I put this in an existing thread so I hope you're happy.

Family reunion at my Father's place, all six of the siblings are going to be in town - then watch the Layton fireworks and hopefully finish my deck - get the railings put in.

I'm not saying this frivolously, that is the nicest 4th of July music and picture production I have seen this decade.

We should not forget to take time this 4th of July Weekend to admire some fine patriotic art.

Hiked up Mount Olympus this am - only one close encounter with Crotalus oreganus lutosus but otherwise a great early morning hike. On-call most of the remaining weekend. Hopefully there will be time for some grilling and fireworks.

I'm always amazed more people do not get bit along the Wasatch Front. Those mountains are full of rattlers. I'm convinced that the popularity of hiking the Y would wane significantly if folks knew just how many snakes are in the area.

I was hoping that by starting before the sun came up we could avoid snakes. Good thing they have a rattle to warn intruders.
