    Need a good band name

The band my brother's forming with one of the Wolfgramms (i.e., The Jets) is shaping up pretty good - we added a lead guitar who my brother's played with since college (the show I played a couple of years ago was with them), and I've had keyboard added to my list of musical duties, along with second rhythm guitar, and probably tambourine and those shaky things, or whatever else they need that doesn't require real talent. (I'm going to lobby for a song that uses a gong.)

We're probably going to get together next month sometime for the first time, and in case they start discussing what the band should be called, I'd like to be prepared to throw out a couple of really good ideas, so that if they wise up and drop me from the band before going on to great commercial success, I can at least say that I gave them the name.

Any ideas? It's an indie rock type band.

I've considered "The Ligers" so far.

sorry but that is copyrighted. No can use that name without the express written consent from the original Mormon Red Death.

A local band here is named Chute McGoo. Nobody gets it.

The band I play in is named after our hometown - [townname]boys. Original, I know, but it was either that or Lost Junction, so we really had no choice.

I've always wanted to name a band The Dangling Participles. My mother taught english.
