That being said, although I am willing to pay, Costco is in an area of Bountiful where I would think the people would be very watchful of prices.
I don't get the people waiting in line at Costco to get gas. Waiting 15 minutes to save 15 cents a gallon on a 12 gallon fill up. That's a whole 1.80 in savings. Are people that poor?

I've never waited 15 minutes at Costco.

That's because you live in a land where you're allowed to pump your own gas rather than wait for the attendant to come out and put the nozzle in your tank. All for "safety" purposes of course.

Yeah, no way. Five minutes max.

I paid 3.65 yesterday, but at least that's down somewhat from the recent past. Feel free to move this to the What's Wrong With California? thread.

Keep these posts coming. Very interesting. Also, while you're giving an update about gas prices would you please let us know about the weather where you're at?

I haven't been outside for a while, but I guarantee it is nicer here than it is in Ohio.

$3.01 at smith's in Layton - with our 30 cent discout we paid $2.71

Why is it that gas in AF/PG is 7-10 cents cheaper than anywhere else in Utah or Salt Lake County? I happened to be driving there yesterday so I filled up and paid notice as I went back into Salt Lake County. Even Sam's Club was 8 cents more than the $2.88 that was found at multiple gas stations along State/Main Street.

It's Official: $1.99 Gas Shows Up in Oklahoma City

A gas station in Oklahoma City has won the race to $2 gas.

GasBuddy.com said Wednesday an OnCue Express in Oklahoma City dropped its price 12 cents to $1.99 a gallon, becoming the first U.S. station to charge less than $2 a gallon since July 2010.
