There were some media streaming options (mainly through windows media center) when the 360 first came out, but imo it was far from simple. Since then there have been a ton of new options added. Its much more of a multi-media machine now than when it was introduced.
Ain't it like most people, I'm no different. We love to talk on things we don't know about.

Oh oh! I guess this means DDD is going to have to go back to playing with his Tamagotchi pet, the one system that will never be confused for a toaster.

Here's another program that does the same thing, except its only $19! (hooray). It also says you can organize your files a little better for easier access on your 360.

Finally, if you've got Vuze (torrent program), apparently that will stream from your mac to your xbox too. And its free. I've tried this a few time with vuze, and it seems to work fine. I've got other programs that do it a little cleaner (imo), but there just aren't many options for the mac.
I used connect360 for a while. It works though it took some effort to get it set up. I barely used it.
